We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, if you schedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice, we are more likely to accommodate your preferred times.
Where Can We Place Your Skip Bin?
We will place the skip bin according to your instructions, as long as the location is safely accessible for our truck. Options include driveways, front lawns and backyards. Please note that, for safety the final placement is at the driver's discretion. We cannot place bins on council-owned areas such as roads, footpaths, or verges without approval from the council. Contact us if you have any concerns about placing bins on council property.
What Is the Maximum Fill Level for the Bin?
Skip bins should never be filled above the rim. Each bin has a designated maximum fill height marked on the side wall. To comply with legal regulations and ensure safe transport, do not overload or exceed this height.
